Job Descriptions
- Prepare the appropriate legal documents for establishment, licenses, PDPA
- Examine the legal issues related to new products and services.
- Contact related government officers.
- Provide pragmatic legal and business advice regarding a wide range of issues, including personal data protection, regulatory compliance etc. in order to ensure compliance with legal regulations
Qualifications
- Age 25 - 40
- Bachelor’s degree in law.
- Good knowledge and understanding of corporate law, PDPA, and procedures
- Outstanding English communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Well-organized, detailed-oriented, and timely concern, good negotiation skill
