Job Descriptions
Job Summary
1.ปฏิบัติงานหมุนเวียนไปควบคุมกระบวนการเป็นบ้างครั้ง เพื่อทดแทน Engineer ที่ประจำในกะที่รับผิดชอบให้ผลิตงานจบตามแผนในแต่ละวัน
2.ตรวจสอบและปรับปรุงกระบวนการผลิตเพื่อลดงาน NG เพิ่มผลผลิตในการผลิตงานแต่ละ Lot
3.แก้ไขและพัฒนาอุปกรณ์ เครื่องมือและส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้องในการผลิตให้พนักงานทำงานได้สะดวกและลดเวลา Setup ได้
4.Support งาน Trial และ New Model ระหว่างที่มีการทำ ให้ควบคู่ไปกับการผลิตในแต่ละวัน ร่วมกับหัวหน้างาน และคนญี่ปุ่น
5.Summary ข้อมูลการผลิตที่เกี่ยวข้องในการนำไปพัฒนา Flow การทำงาน และพัฒนาด้านเทคนิคของการผลิตในรุ่นต่างๆที่แตกต่างกัน
6.นำเสนอรายงานการปรับปรุง และการทดสอบต่างๆให้หัวหน้างาน ด้วย Power point หรืออื่นๆ
7.Monthly report ข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น Line Data (ข้อมูลผลิต Summary Excel) ,Production Capacity (ข้อมูลความสามารถผลิต) ,Yield rate (% ยอดที่ผลิตได้)
8.จัดเตรียมสั่งซื้อ Tools, Jig และอื่นๆสำหรับรองรับการผลิตรุ่นใหม่ หรือหลังจากการปรับปรุง
9.ตรวจเช็ค Inventory ประจำเดือนในส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้อง และที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- Graduation: Bachelor's degree
- Major/Field: Engineering: Industrial/ Production/ Electrical/ Mechanical or Related field.
- Specification: Age 22 up years old
- Gender: Male/Female
- Special Skill: Working in automotive/ Electronics industry about Production field. / PLC, Machine function, DWG (CAD/SOLID WORK) co. Engineering Experience: working in automotive/ Electronics industry about Production field at least 1 years.
- Language skill: English(Good)
