Job Descriptions
• Analyze working conditions and production processes to improve efficiency. • Study work methods and production processes both inside and outside the organization for use in improving efficiency. • receive orders from the commander understand to implement • work analysis production process To present to department managers for improvement to be more efficient. • Analysis of machine operation production equipment for improvement to be more efficient • Analyze work, nature of work, practice methods for standardization to improve efficiency • Consult and suggest improvements to increase work efficiency and productivity. • Study and learn techniques for using machinery, raw materials, and new production equipment. to develop and train relevant people • Get policies on matters such as work regulations, organizational structure, authority, responsibilities as well as management systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Provide knowledge and understanding on various matters according to item • Determine the form of a strategic plan to be able to comply with the policy. • Control and supervise operations in assigned matters in accordance with the policy. • Other as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree Industrial Engineering or other engineering fields Related
  2. At least 2 years of experience in production engineer
  3. Fair to Good command in English (Spoken, Written, Reading)
  4. Skills: AutoCAD, Solid Works 2D and 3D
