Job Descriptions

Customer Support of existing trainees and students Handle enquiries efficiently and in a friendly manner. Enquiries can be from walk-in clients, on the phone, or via our social media accounts in cluding Facebook, Messenger, Instagram, TikTok, Line and What'sapp The duties include advising clients, organising placement tests, taking bookings, issuing invices and following up with payments. Students and trainees need to be contacted regarding timetables, reports visa support and accommodation Teachers and trainers need timetable, resource and visa support. Full training on all courses and customer support is given and opportunities for further development and advancement exist for pro-active, efficient and positive team members.

Qualifications

Must have a minimum of a Bachelors' Degree in a related field.
Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English at intermediate level and take joy in using Chinese confidently with customers
Pleasant, well-groomed, and well spoken
Customer oriented, friendly personality happy to be in the company of multi-national students at the school and on school trips outside the school
Highly Competent in Office IT with particular reference to Google Workspace applications including Docs, Worksheets and Slides
Work well as part of a 7 person team and step forward to take responsibility when required
Highly organized and communicative within the team and a problem solver at heart
