Job Descriptions

- Fixed Asset and Work Under Construction Control, • Responsible for all aspects of fixed assets accounting and controlling. • Fixed Asset capitalization, clearing, write-off and run depreciation. • Work with related persons and external auditors for part of fixed asset. • Handle physical count for fixed asset with team and prepare result report after count. • Assist and ensure successful period ended closing, prepare reconciliation accounts. - Inventory Control, • Responsible for all aspects of inventory accounting and controlling. • Co-operate with related departments to protect and solve any mistakes in the process of receiving and - requesting inventory. • Assist and ensure successful period ended closing, prepare reconciliation accounts. • Support production team on cost inquiries and cost information by analysis production order and project cost. - Cost Accounting, • Responsible for Booking accounting transactions related cost of inventory and manufacturing cost per assignment. • Prepare reconciliation accounts. • Provide advice on costing matters to related departments if needed. - Booking/Posting invoices into system and filing the complete set and keep in index shelf. - Work with good understanding in related accounting principles, taxes, and company policies. - Any other duties assigned by Supervisor or Manager.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting
3-5 years’ experience working in cost accounting in manufacturing.
Good command of reading, written and spoken English.
Having experience in SAP B1 or any ERP.
Having knowledge in related taxes would be advantage.(such as VAT/Withhold Taxes)
Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, E-mail and SAP accounting programs.
Good problem-solving skills.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Able to relocate to Sattahip, Chonburi province.
Having experience in Oil and Gas Industry would be advantage.
