•บริหารจัดการงานด้านซ่อมบำรุง Manage maintenance work. •ควบคุมและจัดการให้การทำงานของแผนกให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน Controll and manage work of the department to standards. •ควบคุมและตรวจสอบรายงาน KPI ของแผนก Control and monitor department KPI reports. •เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพ และ ลดต้นทุน เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการทำงาน Increase efficiency and reduce costs, increase work efficiency. •วางแผนงานการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน,การซ่อมบำรุงฉุกเฉิน,การซ่อมบำรุงเชิ่งพยากรณ์ และ TPM Preventive maintenance plan , emergency maintenance, predictive maintenance, and TPM. •วิเคราะห์ปัญหาการซ่อมที่เกิดขึ้น MTBF,MTTR และนำเสนอแนวทางแก้ไข •Analyze repair problems that occur MTBF, MTTR and present solutions. •วางแผนปรับปรุงสภาพเครื่องจักร อุปกรณ์ในการผลิต ให้มีประสิทธิภาพเพิ่มขึ้นจากเดิม •Plan to improve the condition of machinery. production equipment To be more efficient than before • งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย• Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

Male/Female
35-40 Year
Bachelor of Engineering Electrical engineering branch or related branches
Experience 10 years up
At least 10 years of experience in industrial maintenance
At least 3 years of management experience as an Assistant Maintenance Manager or higher. (will be specially considered)
Have leadership Be responsible in your duties and work proactively
Able to use Microsoft Office programs.
Have good experience in PLC (Mitsubishi or other brands), ISO 14001 and IATF 16949.
Good communication and coordination ability. Able to analyze problems and propose prevention methods.
