1.วางแผน ยอดขาย กำไร สต้็อคสินค้า
2.ประเมินผลการทำงานพนักงานในสังกัด และส่งเสริมให้พัฒนาศักยภาพไปสู่เป้าหมายขององค์กร
3.ตรวจสอบมาตราฐานร้าน
4.บริหารงานในแผนกให้ได้ตามมาตราฐาน และ KPI กำหนดไว้
5.สรรหาลูกค้ารายใหม่ และรักษาลูกค้าเดิม
6.สามารถทำกิจกรรมทางการตลาด โฟน สื่อโซเชียล ได้ดี
Qualifications
- ชาย/หญิง
- อายุ 28 - 40 ปี
- วุฒิการศึกษา ปวส.ขึ้นไป
- ประสบการณ์ด้านบริหารทีมงานขายไม่น้อยกว่า 3-5 ปี หรือเป็นหัวหน้างานหรือ ผจก.ในธุรกิจเดียวกัน จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีใจรักงานบริการ และมีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี
- สามารถเดินทางไปพบลูกค้านอกสถานที่ได้
