Job Descriptions
1. Lead, set up, and drive e-commerce channels to achieve sales targets and key KPIs, through the development of effective e-commerce strategy. Manage and optimize online sales channels. 2. Build strong relationships with platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok). Taking lead on account management. 3. Create plan and optimize online advertising campaigns in all paid marketing channels (e.g.Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok). 4. Collaborate with the sales team to plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive traffic to online stores. 5. Develop and execute business plans in conjunction with the platform. Negotiate visibility and support to drive performance. 6. Analyze customers’ journeys, support the best shopping experience and conversion rate to understand customer behavior, and improve conversion rate. 7. Conduct weekly/monthly performance reports and analyze product sales statistics/ promotion success. Monitor and analyze market trends, potential new channels, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify areas for improvement and development.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree or above in related fields (BBA / E-commerce / Digital Marketing or other related)
  2. At least 5 years of direct experience in managing E-commerce marketplace channels, such as Shopee , Lazada, TikTok as an e-commerce sales manager.
  3. Solid understanding of e-commerce principles, including product listing optimization, conversion rate optimization (CRO), customer journey mapping, and online payment systems.
  4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams and with external partners
  5. Good command of English or Chinese languages are prefer.
