Job Descriptions

•To lead and drive teams in areas that ensure sales, transferring condominium or home ownership and profits. •To achieve the target Including having good sales activity according to the plan and being able to service the residents well and satisfied. •To respond to project costs and expenses. •To respond to the cash flow of the Business unit properly. •Participate in developing new projects with the public space. Languages skills •English : Conversational •Japanese : Conversational •Mandarin : Conversational Working Hour: 9:30-18:30(Mon-Every other Sat, Onside at Pattaya 4 days and United tower (BKK) 2 days)

Qualifications

Age 35-50 years
Any gender
Bachelor’s degree or higher in any related field.
At least 5 years of working experience in sales management in the real estate industry
At least 3 years in management experience
Ability to analyze marketing and financial both numerically and qualitatively
Advance conversation high-business level of English
Able to communicate in Chinese, Japanese or Russian (Is a must)
Ability to use Microsoft Office program
Proactive, Strong leadership Hands-on working style with high competencies in analytical, and conceptual thinking
Able to communicate in third language is preferred (other mention above)
