Job Descriptions
1. Implement production plan, achieve shipment targets. 2. Deal with abnormal production, personnel changes, and ensure the production line was stable and efficient operation. 3. To supervise employees by standards operation, ensure the quality of products. 4. Lead and motivate subordinates, maintain good morale. Implement disciplinary measures and create a positive work environment. 5. Implement workshop 5S and discipline requirements 6. Save costs and control scrapped. 7. Promote lean management, continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  1. College education or above, majoring in Management. Education is not determinant if experience is rich
  2. At least 3 years’ experience in wire harness industry Production department management position.
  3. Influent in English speaking, listening, writing, reading.
  4. Have communication and coordination abilities, strong execution.
  5. Excellent team player.
  6. Able to work under pressure.
  7. Thai nationality.
