Job Descriptions
1. Drafted various contracts signed by the company, conducted legal review and issued legal advice.
2. Responsible for the legitimacy of the business activities for the company to provide legal advice, avoid legal risks.
3. Coordinate company internal and external legal resources, complete the processing of all kinds of disputes.
4. Other tasks per assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or higher with major in Law and aged 25 or above
- Have at least 3 years of working experiences related to legal, and draft and review contracts.
- Good command of English is a must.
- Able to organize and prioritize work in a dynamic and complex environment to meet deadlines and daily requirements.
- Be punctual and high responsibility.
