Job Descriptions
- ดูแลด้านบริการรับสายลูกค้าที่ติดต่อโทรเข้ามาสอบถามบริการและผลิตภัณฑ์ของธนาคาร - ดูแลด้านการ Verify ตัวตนของลูกค้า - จัดทำการบันทึกข้อมูลลูกค้าเข้าระบบของธนาคาร - รับข้อร้องเรียนต่างๆจากลูกค้าและให้คำแนะนำรวมถึงการแก้ปัญหาด้านบริการต่างๆของธนาคาร - แนะนำผลิตภัณฑ์ของธนาคารที่เหมาะสมกับลูกค้า - ปฏิบัติงานที่ตึก เคเคพี ทาวเวอร์ (อโศก) - เป็นการทำงานเป็นกะ ทำงาน 5 วัน หยุด 2 วัน (เวลาเปิดทำการของ Call Center 07.00 - 20.00 น.) *มีเทรนงานก่อนเริ่มงานจริง
Qualifications
  1. สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี ทุกสาขา
  2. มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี, มีทักษะในการต่อรองเจรจา และสามารถรับแรงกดดันจากลูกค้าได้อย่างดี
  3. มีประสบการณ์การทำงาน Call Center / Customer Service อย่างน้อย 2 ปี
