Job Descriptions

Responsibilities: 1. Ensure the workplace complies with local, state, and federal environmental regulations. 2. Monitor and interpret changes in relevant laws and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance. 3. Develop and implement health and safety programs to promote a safe work environment. 4. Conduct training sessions to educate employees on safety protocols and procedures. 5.Conduct risk assessments to identify potential hazards in the workplace. 6. Monitor and manage environmental aspects, such as waste disposal, emissions, and resource usage. 7. Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and prevent recurrence. 8. Prepare and submit reports to regulatory agencies as required. 9. Develop and maintain emergency response plans to handle workplace incidents.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Safety, Health and Environment or related fields.
Minimum 3 years experience in environmental and safety management.
Good communication skills in English. If can speak Chinese is prefer.
Have experience in automotive industrial is prefer.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
Familiarity with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 9001 standards and their implementation.
