Job Descriptions

1. Working with internal team and external partners to develop new business opportunities in existing markets or developing new markets for products or services. 2. Identifying potential partners based on business needs, goals, and current partnerships. 3. Build and manage relationships with partners, including negotiating terms and contracts to ensure that both parties meet their objective and benefit both parties. 4. Monitoring and analyzing partnership performance and making data-driven decisions to improve results. 5. Coordinate and execute partner marketing campaigns and initiatives. 6. Facilitating project meetings, tracking action items and follow-up on deliverables.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.
2+ years of experience in retail or E-Commerce with 2 year in merchandising experience in managing a category and team preferred.
Direct experiences on assigned category, is preferable.
Passionate with the product category assignment.
Excellent skills in Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint, skilled in data analysis and presentation.
Excellence in communication both English, Writing and Speaking, Listening.
