Job Descriptions
1. ต่อสัญญา ลค เดิม
2. พา ลูคค้า ใหม่ walkin ภายในตึก
3. ออกเอกสารต่างๆ เช่น จม.สอบถามการต่ออายุสัญญาเช่า, offer letter, agreement, addendum, early termination letter, จม.แจ้งทำคืน, consent letter, jointly (มีเทมเพลตให้) รวมถึงเอกสารอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
4. ทำรายงาน weekly, monthly, quaterly, stacking, factsheet ฯลฯ
5. แก้ไขข้อมูลผู้เช่าใน MRI , เปิด lease ผรม.-ลค ใหม่ในระบบ MRI
6. ประสานงานกับฝ่ายต่างๆ กรณีที่มีการต่อสัญญา, สัญญาใหม่, ยกเลิกพื้นที่ ฯลฯ เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าฝ่ายต่างๆ ดำเนินการถูกต้องตามเงื่อนไขสำคัญที่ระบุในสัญญาเช่า
7. นำส่ง ค่าใช้จ่าย และเอกสารการเงินที่เกี่ยวข้องให้ บัญชี
8. ต้องใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดีมาก
9. สามารถเข้างานทุกวันเสาร์ช่วงทดลองงาน
Qualifications
- จบปริญญาตรีสาขาการตลาดหรือ สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 2-3 ปี ในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ต้องใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี ฟัง พูด อ่าน เขียน
