Job Descriptions

1.Monitor sales team performance, anticipates causes affecting performance, indicates magnitude of impact on sales. 2.Develop and evaluate short and long term marketing plan to support growth. 3.Analyse and monitor competitors activities, also existing/new customers to seize business opportunities. 4.Consistently review and revise marketing plan/activities to ensure the results and set up sales forecast and promotion target for each month promotions. 5.Responsible for annual budget allocation and monitor marketing expenses. 6.Build and maintain good working relationship with teams and other stakeholders in the company to ensure smooth implementation of marketing plan and reach growth objectives. 7.Work with specialists to develop effective communication and positive company image offline/online. 8.Coach sales team and juniors in the division in-line with self-development and improve team productivity. 9.Perform other duties assigned by the chief of marketing division.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree or Master degree in Marketing, Business, or any related fields.
Minimum of 5-10 years experience in automotive parts
business. Direct experience in plating and coating automotive parts business is a major bonus to this position.
Strategic and systematic thinking base on information and database.
Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
ISO9001 & IATF 16949 Knowleadge.
Positive team management skill, a leader and a team player. Able to get along well with cross functional teams.
Good command in Thai and English. Able to travel between two plants - Pathumthani / Chonburi. Working. on Mon-Sat 8AM-5PM.
