Job DescriptionsKey responsibilities:
Marketing Campaigns
Plan and manage marketing calendar, including promotions and events
Develop/Implement, and execute marketing campaigns across offline, digital and social media platforms
Manage creative concept of marketing campaigns and communication materials with the support of creative designer
Support creative in liaison with external vendors to plan content for print, broadcast, outdoor media roadshows, in-store sales promotions and/or events
Brand & Digital Implementation
Manage all marketing channels including but not limited to website, e-commerce and social media platforms to ensure communication and visual consistency
Community management for all enquiries that come through marketing channels.
BAU execution of content calendar tying in with the overarching marketing plan and message.
Onboard relevant partners that would enhance and strengthen brand positioning.
Supervise and implement digital marketing strategies, including social media marketing, search engine optimization, and online advertising to enhance the brand's online presence.
Event Execution
Support in planning and execution of various sales-related events
Identify and onboard media partners in collaboration with marketing teams, expanding the brand’s media network.
Cultivate and strengthen relationships with relevant trade and general media for comprehensive coverage of external-facing events.
Budget Management:
Manage the budget for performance marketing initiatives, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Monitor and report on budget performance against established targets.
Third-Party Agency Management:
Collaborate with external agencies for the effective execution of marketing strategies.Other ad-hoc tasks when required.
Requirements:
Degree in Marketing and Communication related field or Minimum 3 years of Marketing experience in Retail Industry
Highly motivated, organized, self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
