Job Descriptions

Responsibility: Work with customers who are Foreigner and accountants. Provide legal advice and coordinate for Tax issues including tax audits and tax registration or permission. Corporate issues including corporate registration. BOI certificate, Business license, Factory license, or any other government license. Litigation. (Tax court case, and labor court case) Coaching junior lawyers and staffs. Managing Tax team division

Qualifications

LL.M. is preferable or higher
English proficiency is required.
Minimum of 5 years experience working in a law firm and in legal defense.
Mandatory condition : Research skills, along with interpersonal communication.
Attention to detail.
Being able to draft and read contracts in English regularly.
