Job Descriptions
1. ติดต่อประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายนอก ได้แก่ เจ้าหน้าที่ BOI, เจ้าหน้าที่ชมรมนักลงทุน, นายหน้าศุลกากร, ผู้ส่งสินค้าไปต่างประเทศ, ลูกค้า และอื่นๆ
2. ตรวจสอบข้อมูลและเอกสารนำเข้า (วัตถุดิบ) และจัดทำคำขอยื่นต่อ BOI
3. จัดทำและส่งคำขอ RMTS ต่อบีโอไอ (IC) เพื่อขออนุมัติยกเว้นภาษีนำเข้าเมื่อนำเข้าวัตถุดิบ
Working day : Mon – Fri and 2 Sat/Month
Working hour : 08.00 – 17.00
Qualifications
- เพศหญิง อายุ 24-30 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี ในสาขาบริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีความรู้ในด้าน BOI 1-2 ปี
- มีประสบกรณ์ 1-2 ปีในด้านการนำเข้าและส่งออก และการปฏิบัติตามศุลกากร
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม : MS Word, Excel, Power point, E-mail
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ระดับพอใช้
