Job Descriptions

•Lead and manage activities of quality control lab personnel and ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of activities related to raw materials, in-process, finished products. •Set up sampling, testing procedures for raw materials and finished product as well as procedures pertaining to quality initiatives. •Review QC records to ensure raw materials and finished goods are meeting required specifications •Management of GMP analytical laboratory operations and personnel. •Establish SOPs and standard test methods for the QC laboratory operations and supervise and train staff. Modify procedures as needed to improve overall lab efficiency and compliance. •Responsible for preparing raw material and finished product specifications. •Maintain test data, records and related laboratory documents. •Lead QC analytical method troubleshooting and out of specification results laboratory investigations. •Ensure analytical instruments calibration and maintenance under GLP. •Develop budget for QC and manage the expenditure for laboratory operation. •Ensure QC procedures and practices are comply with customer, related international standard and regulatory requirements (ex: HACCP, GMPs, FSSC22000, MarinTrust Standard, Friend of the Sea, SEDEX, MSC, Kosher, HALAL etc.) •Responsible Pest control, review pest control record .

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in chemistry, biochemistry, food science or other related science.
At least 5 years’ experience working in a GMP laboratory and QC line inspection.
Excellent international standard and regulatory requirements (ex: HACCP, GMPs, FSSC22000, MarinTrust Standard, Friend of the Sea, SEDEX, MSC, Kosher, HALAL etc.)
Ability for problem solving and decision-making.
Good command of English and computer literate will be advantage
Excellent interpersonal and verbal communications skills.
