Job Descriptions

Customer Understanding: Collate insights to understand customer lifecycles. Gather information related to products, technologies, competition, and market trends. Product Strategy and Planning: Contribute to the development of key metrics for product success. Develop plans for new and existing product initiatives aligned with the product roadmap. Support the development of the product roadmap by identifying focus areas for the product. Translate product feedback to requirement specifications. Communication and Collaboration: Communicate business requirements for product enhancement to technical teams for implementation. Communicate product metrics and performance expectations to business and operations teams. Coordinate with operations and technology teams to resolve issues in product performance. Manage product feedback from surveys, concept testing, and analytics tools. Manage the launch of products or new services in new markets with sales, marketing, and technology teams. Manage product sales-cycle, identify product pricing positioning, develop and implement effective pricing structure to achieve revenue and profit growth Project Execution and Implementation: Execute projects to implement major changes to products or services. Update project tracking sheet to ensure that milestones are met. Marketing and Go-to-Market: Contribute to the development of go-to-market plans to support the launch of new product features or services. Contribute to the development of integrated marketing materials for content and products. Lead the development of marketing materials for the marketing of new product features and services. Innovation and Improvement: Develop creative ideas and solutions for improving product performance. Provide inputs to the development of specific in-product tools and features for improving customer engagement. Support product strategy development by conducting research on new technology and market trends in the industry.
