Job Descriptions

-Track and compile weekly sales reports, estimate monthly and yearly sales projections, and develop annual budget plans. -Develop sales strategies and execute sales operations to achieve objectives. -Monitor sales performance and document delivery of documents and information to relevant departments. -Manage the sales team to meet set sales targets. -Prepare meeting materials to track job statuses and sales progress to meet set objectives. -Analyze sales competition to determine sales strategies. - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing plans and promotional activities to boost sales. - Plan sales channel expansion and acquire new customers. - Establish guidelines for maintaining existing customers and conduct customer visits to build good relationships. - Prepare for meetings and compile meeting materials for presentation to management. - Establish KPIs for work control and evaluation to identify weaknesses and improve work performance, along with monthly report summaries presented to management and supervisors. - Develop the department's annual budget and related departmental policies. - Manage departmental efficiency in terms of strategy, manpower, and other aspects to ensure optimal departmental performance. - Supervise and ensure compliance with rules, regulations, orders, or safety measures in the workplace, along with evaluating work performance. - Collaborate and participate in various company activities as assigned. - Perform other duties as assigned by superiors."

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
Minimum 4 years of experience in FMCG sales, with at least some experience in sales management.
Experience in both Modern Trade and Traditional Trade channels.
Knowledge and understanding of sales terms, product manufacturing processes, logistics, and debt collection systems.
Understanding of market data and competitors.
Negotiation skills and strategic decision-making abilities.
Good personality and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail in work.
Ability to work under pressure.
Valid driver's license and ability to drive legally.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email communication, and SAP software.
