Job Descriptions
1.ตรวจสอบใบแจ้งหนี้จากผู้ขายหรือบริษัทอื่นๆ
2. บันทึกใบแจ้งหนี้และค่าใช้จ่ายต่าง ๆ ของบริษัท
3.บันทึกการชำระเงินตามใบแจ้งหนี้โดยใช้วิธีการต่างๆ เช่น เช็ค การโอนเงินทางอินเตอร์เน็ต หรือการโอนเงินผ่านระบบวงเงินเครดิต
3.จัดเก็บและบันทึกเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจ่ายเงิน เช่น ใบแจ้งหนี้ ใบสั่งซื้อ หรือใบสำคัญรับเงิน
4. ตรวจสอบรายงานภาษีซื้อและภาษีขาย และยื่นแบบ ภพ.30
5. ตรวจสอบภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย และยื่นแบบ ภงด 3 ภงด. 53
5. ยื่นแบบภาษีต่าง ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
6. จัดทำรายงานต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับผู้ขาย เสนอต่อผู้บังคับบัญชา
7.งานอื่นๆตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
- At least 2 years experience in Accounting AP,AR and Tax acknowledge.
- Fair verbal and written communication skill in English.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Oracle application.
