Job Descriptions

This role requires an experienced Human Resources Supervisor to drive strategic workforce planning. recruitment and performance management to ensure that the organization has the appropriate capabilities to achieve its goals. 1. Recruitment: การสรรหาบุคคลากร •Develop and implement the organization's manpower plan, forecasting future staffing needs and identifying potential skill gaps. •Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition creation to candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection. •Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent, utilizing a variety of sourcing methods. •Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process. •Update all recruiting progress as a tool to track recruiting performance. 2. Performance Management การประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงาน •Design and implement performance management systems, including goal setting, feedback system, and performance evaluations. •Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance management best practices. •Monitor and analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in HRM or any field.
Thai speaking, reading, and writing in native level.
Chinese or English speaking, reading, and writing in good level.
Minimum 6 years’ experience in a similar HR role.
Strong understanding of manpower planning, recruitment, and performance management principles.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Negotiation skills.
Excel programming skills.
