Job Descriptions
-Handle over all of FA, CIP, CAPEX.
-Handle fixed asset register management, FA numbers assignment.
-Handle new fixed asset acquisitions, dispositions, relocation of all fixed assets.
-Record and review the correctness of depreciation and amortization.
-Handle month-end closing, monthly reports, related to Fixed assets.
-Reconciliation of fixed asset local account vs management account
-Conduct periodic physical counts of fixed assets.
-Fixed asset capitalization for BOI projects
-Recommend to management any updates to accounting policies related to fixed assets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, on a full-time basis.
- Over 3 years of accounting-related work experience, with a preference for experience in accounting for manufacturing enterprises.
- Positive and proactive learner.
- Competent in using Microsoft Office and ERP software.
- Proficient in English; Chinese speaking ability is preferred.
