Job DescriptionsRecruitment and On-boarding
• Support managers to identify suitable recruitment channel and to ensure all vacancies are filled with the suitable candidates within the targeted time
• Liases with approved recruitment agencies for supply of manpower. Coordinate recruitment advertisements
• Facilitate new employee orientation, on-boarding program and apprises employee of benefit options
• Establishes and maintains files and records on an ongoing basis
• Support other recruitment related administration.
Training Programme
• Support manager to execute people development and Culture enhancement initiatives
• Manage training and development database by maintaining accuracy of training and development record both internal and external programmes, expenses, cost allocation, course evaluation, career planning, and quarterly report, including training report submission to related government bodies
• Manage Department of Skill Development Reporting within timeline
• Support other HR activities as needed
