สถานที่ปฏิบัติงาน (ประจำจุดเดียว): นิคมอุตสาหกรรมอมตะชลบุรี ดอนหัวล่อ จ.ชลบุรี นิคมอุตสาหกรรมลาดกระบัง ตึก The Parq พระราม 4 Key Responsibilities: •Lead a site level operations team in multiple service lines and from within third party suppliers, using a coaching style to guide and drive the team to deliver site objectives •Drive operational excellence and therefore an efficient operating model in order to minimise the overall operating cost of the facility •Ensure that the Company's, the clients and statutory regulations regarding safety, health & safety and Equal Opportunities are complied with. •Financial management of site Target budget including core variable budget and discrete budget, whilst maintaining Sodexo P&L •Track, monitor and continuously improve performance metrics and indicators for the site •Deploy compliance processes locally and identify/escalate operational risks to governance teams •Maintain ethics and compliance values even when potential risk exists; for both Sodexo and Client •Be fully responsible for the services, infrastructure and project delivery across the site to ensure ongoing development •Establish and develop key relationships with senior Client stakeholder สวัสดิการ -ทำงานสัปดาห์ละ 5 วัน -มีเวลาการทำงานที่ยืดหยุ่น -ประกันชีวิต -ประกันสุขภาพ -ประกันสังคม -ตามข้อตกลงของบริษัทฯ 11.04.2024

Qualifications

Excellent customer service skills.
Experienced and skilled in the implementation of change management.
Strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to communicate at all levels of an organization.
Highly developed organizational skills and an ability to priorities work within a team.
Ability to train and continually develop a high performing team.
Strong understanding of “Agile” work practices, solutions, and systems.
Well-developed problem-solving skills and a customer focused “can do” approach.
Relevant qualifications in Hospitality or Industrial Management.
