Job Descriptions
-Coordinate with oversea partner to arrange the shipment
(hand pointing right) Tracing the shipment since cargo departure from origin side till arrive at destination side
-Update cargo movement to local customers/oversea customer
-Verify shipping document set such as BL, Invoice, Packing, Entry Sheet
-Planning plan for clearance and delivery to customer when cargo arrived in Thailand
-Check documents related the shipping docs (BL, Invoice, packing list and import privilege)
-Submit amendment documents to related department of co- loader/carrier
-Prepare payment related D/O charges, DUTY TAX, Service and pass next to related department
-There is knowleadge about customs formality process, HS-Code and logistics procedure
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
- 5-10 year experience in Import-Export Documentation
- Computer skill: Microsoft Office & FWD System
- Be able to communicate in English would be an advantage.
