ดูแลงานธุรการทั่วไป เช่น ถ่ายเอกสาร พิมพ์เอกสาร จัดส่งเอกสาร
บันทึกข้อมูลธุรกรรมทางการเงิน จัดทำเอกสารทางบัญชี เช่น ใบสำคัญรับ ใบสำคัญจ่าย ใบแจ้งหนี้
ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของข้อมูลทางการเงิน
จัดทำรายงานทางการเงิน
ติดต่อประสานงานกับหน่วยงานต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรีสาขาบัญชี บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์การทำงานในตำแหน่งที่เกี่ยวข้อง 1-2 ปี
- มีความรู้ความเข้าใจหลักการบัญชีและระบบงานบัญชี
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office ได้อย่างคล่องแคล่ว
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ ซื่อสัตย์ รับผิดชอบสูง
- สามารถทำงานเป็นทีม
