Job Descriptions

- Plan, control, and follow up on the daily management of assigned production units and summarize KPI results. - Work efficiently to meet customer needs in terms of quality, cost, quatity, and delivery time. - Work and teach production staff to work in accordance with productio standards (GMP: CODEX and HACCP). -Maintain cleanliness (Line Sanitation) and orderliness of assigned production lines. - Responsible for and coordinating with relevant departments both inte nally and externally. (production planning, warehousing, transportation) - Be able to handle with pressure environment, good to deal with changes and able to solve complex problems - Continuously develop and improve work (Kaizen)

Qualifications

Male
Bachelor's degree in food technology manufacturing industry and other related file
Leadership qualities and can manage a team wel
Courage to make decisions and solve immediate problems according to academic principles well
Be able to work at the company
Have a lot of responsibility and control emotions well
Team player with good interpersonal skill with meticulous and hardwor ing attitude
Good command of Chinese
