Job Descriptions

Tasks & responsibilities - Efficiently manage information about employee compensation and benefits. - Prepare reports related to compensation and benefits as required. Communicate with employees regarding rules and regulations related to compensation and benefits. - Respond to employee questions and concerns about compensation in a timely and professional manner. - Check working time records, leave, and summarize results to present to supervisors. - Coordinate with relevant departments, inspect and prepare documents regarding the appointment, transfer, and promotion of employees to present to the Managing Director for approval. - Proceed with issuing salary certificates and employment certificates to employees. - Other work as assigned

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
At least 2-3 years of related work experience
Knowledge and understanding of laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
Good communication skills and working with others.
Working in an orderly manner and developing efficient work.
Good command of written and spoken English.
