Job Descriptions

-Prepare documents to support new product labeling establishment and new product listing to key customers. -Support lab analysis brief to internal QC lab agency and follow up result. -Support product development manager to prepare brief for plant trial, collect result per assigned project. -Conduct R&D nutrition, product in-market database maintenance, keep data up to date. -Support shelf-life study for new product launch -Arrange sample tasting within R&D team and make summary report to PD manager -Update in-market new product launch -Collect competitor products and conduct competitive analysis. -Supervise R&D lab technician to request product from plant and manage product stock at R&D BKK lab. -Other tasks assigned by manager.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above in Food Science or Food Engineering or Chemical Engineering or related field
Able to manage multi-task and work under pressure
Good command in English spoken/written skill
Good at Microsoft Office
