Job Descriptions
1. Develop and implement action plans to ensure compliance with policies and achieve set targets.
2. Oversee facility management tasks, including equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance scheduling, and predictive maintenance to optimize efficiency and support manufacturing operations.
3.Provide recommendations for repair, improvement, and preventive measures when job efficiency falls below standard levels.
4. Conduct thorough analysis and discussions based on statistical data and factual information.
5. Foster teamwork and collaboration among internal and external departments to enhance operational synergy.
6. Manage and cultivate a conducive work environment to meet the needs of employees.
7. Conduct assessments and provide recommendations for the design and structure in alignment with "AIGSS" standards.
8. Monitor and ensure that construction plans adhere to set targets and milestones.
9. Oversee and manage organizational sections to ensure efficient operations.
10. Implement and execute tasks in compliance with company systems such as IATF and ISO standards.
11. Manage and control budget allocations to ensure efficient facility operations.
12. Provide support and oversight to ensure budget adherence according to the established plan.
13. Communicate and enforce policies and action plans related to environmental and energy-saving initiatives to employees.
14. Manage and control machinery and equipment to minimize environmental impact, including wastewater treatment (WWT) and air pollution control.
15. Implement long-term and short-term action plans for environmental and energy-saving initiatives.
16. Summarize data results and prepare reports for presentation to executive management.
17. Develop and implement management and control plans based on departmental key performance indicators (KPIs) and daily work schedules for subordinate staff.
18. Ensure adherence to company rules and regulations in managing and controlling job processes.
Qualifications
- Male age 37 years up.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electric Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Experience in Facilities task with Manufacturing company at least 13 years.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration and teamwork.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities to effectively manage a diverse team and drive result.
- Knowledge of relevant policies, regulations, and best practices infacility management.
- Strong understanding of environmental regulations and energy-saving practices.
