Job Descriptions
1. Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and objectives. 2. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and proof of concepts for potential clients. 3. Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers in understanding the capabilities and benefits of our Robotics and IoT solutions. 4. Assist in the development of proposals, technical documentation, and other sales materials. 5. Work closely with the product development team to relay customer feedback and requirements. 6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape. 7. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted technical advisor. 8. Participate in industry events, conferences, and seminars to promote our solutions and generate leads.
Qualifications
  1. Bechelor's degree in IT/Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a related field
  2. Presentation skills
  3. Proactive working style with excellent coordination skills
  4. Passion to learn new technology particularly ICT Technology trend
  5. Negotiation skills
  6. Problem-solving ability
  7. Good service mind, Interpersonal and Project management skill.
  8. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  9. Strong technical knowledge in Robotics, IoT, automation, and related technologies.
  10. Proven experience in a Presales Engineer role, preferably in the Robotics or IoT industry.
