• Handling a full loop of recruitment from acquiring the candidates from sources to onboarding • Perform in the recruitment process and participate in interviewing and selecting candidates in assigned positions • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies. • Conduct the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and selection. • Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and industry networks.

Qualifications

Male / Female age not over 30 years
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
Minimum 3 years and over a full range of experience in Human Resources
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Good command in English
Computer literate in Microsoft Office
Able to coordinate with other functions and work well under pressure
Strong leadership, Self-motivated and strong sense of urgency and attention to details
