Job Descriptions
-Provide general information relating to Banking Product
-Handle customer inquiries and solving problems of customers
concerning products and services by the telephone or E-mail
-Follow-up and co-ordinate with related departments to solve
customers’ problem
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in any fields
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Service-minded, good personality, interpersonal and communication skill
- Able to work in shift (5 days of working rotation/ week)
- Experience in a call center or customer service will be an advantage
- TOEIC : 550 up will be an advantage
