Job Descriptions
1.Process Order and response to any client’s enquiries
2.Manage client’s database
3.Coordinate with cross functional teams to facilitate workflow and support all operation task assigned
4.Administration, data entry, preparing and circulating reports as required in a team
5.Handling documents as assigned and follow through the process
6.Liaise with Accounting Department on invoicing, payment, and collection matters to ensure sales orders and invoices are processed accurately and in a timely manner
7.Work with marketing team to prepare and organize readiness of NPD launches
8.Liaise with sale team and cross function to align all item database, pricing, order process, and reimbursement input & report to have right workflow
and right input to our system
9.To perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications
- Process Order and response to any client’s enquiries
- Manage client’s database
- Coordinate with cross functional teams to facilitate workflow and support all operation task assigned
- Administration, data entry, preparing and circulating reports as required in a team
- Handling documents as assigned and follow through the process

- Good in Microsoft word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Liaise with sale team and cross function to align all item database, pricing, order process, and reimbursement input & report to have right workflow and right input to our system
