ทำงานใกล้ BTS เพลินจิต
จันทร์ - ศุกร์ 09:00 - 18:00 (WFH 2 วัน)

รายละเอียดงาน
- วางแผน ติดตาม และรายงานงบประมาณและค่าใช้จ่ายด้านบุคลากร
- สรรหาบุคลากร ประเมินผลงาน การปรับเงินเดือน และสวัสดิการต่างๆ
- ดูแลความเรียบร้อยของออฟฟิศ
- ปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายแรงงาน และบริหารจัดการสัญญาจ้างงาน
- พัฒนาและดำเนินการโปรแกรมการฝึกอบรมและพัฒนาบุคลากร
- ช่วยเหลือด้าน Visa/Work permit
- อื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
สวัสดิการ: ประกันกลุ่ม ประกันสังคม โบนัส ลาพักรอน เป็นต้น
Qualifications
- อายุไม่เกิน 45 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5 ปีใน HR All function (มีประสบการณ์ในอุตสาหกรรมค้าปลีก เช่น แฟชั่น (เสื้อผ้า/รองเท้า) จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- สื่อสารและใช้ภาษาอังกฤษในการทำงานได้ดี
- เก่ง Excel และสามารถใช้โปรแกรมเงินเดือนได้
