- มีความรู้และความเข้าใจในการทำงานบนแพลตฟอร์ม E-commerce และ Social Media เช่น TikTok, Shopee, Lazada - เปรียบเทียบกลยุทธ์การตลาดและคู่แข่ง, วิเคราะห์จุดแข็ง จุดอ่อน โอกาส และอุปสรรค - ตอบแชทลูกค้า ให้ข้อมูลสินค้า แก้ไขปัญหา และสร้างความพึงพอใจผ่านช่องทางการขาย - ดูแลบริการหลังการขายให้ความช่วยเหลือลูกค้าหลังการขาย เช่น การติดตามสินค้า การรับเคลม/คืนสินค้า และการให้คำแนะนำ - ใช้ AI และเครื่องมือ AI ในการช่วยทำงาน - วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล สามารถอ่าน ตีความ และใช้ข้อมูลที่ AI ให้มาปรับกลยุทธ์การขาย เช่น การนำเสนอสินค้า, การตั้งราคา, การเลือกสินค้ามาขาย, หรือการปรับปรุงเนื้อหาโปรโมชั่น - อื่นๆตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. ไม่จำกัดเพศ อายุ 21 ปีขึ้นไป วุฒิการศึกษา ปวส. / ระดับปริญญาตรีทุกสาขา

  4. พร้อมเรียนรู้: กระตือรือร้นที่จะเรียนรู้เทคนิคการขายใหม่ๆ และตามทันเทรนด์
  5. ใจรักบริการ: พร้อมดูแลและตอบคำถามลูกค้าอย่างเต็มที่
  6. มีความรับผิดชอบ: ทำงานให้สำเร็จ และพร้อมรับมือกับทุกสถานการณ์
  7. เข้าใจโลกออนไลน์: คุ้นเคยและสนุกกับการใช้งานโซเชียลมีเดีย
