Job Descriptions

To support Management in a wide range of administrative, executive assistant and support-related tasks; liaise with managements and others, for both internal and external affairs. Controlling documents of the office; review’ proofread and edit documents prepared for executive’s signature. Involve in the development, implementation as well as self-development according to agreed plan.

Qualifications

Male-Female: 25 – 35 years old.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Experience at least 1 year in corporate administration, coordinator or secretary.
Good in English language for reading, listening, speaking, and writing.
Good computer skill especially Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint.
Confident and can work under pressure
