Job Descriptions

Responsibilities: -Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and marketing needs. -Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and timely response to inquiries and requests. -Collaborate with internal teams, including content, media, production team, etc. to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns. -Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring all work meets client expectations and agency standards. -Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports to clients, offering insights and recommendations for optimization. -Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, providing strategic guidance to clients for competitive advantage. -Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, working with clients to expand the scope of services and increase revenue. -Provide leadership to team, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment. -Represent the agency at client meetings, proposal presentations, and performance reports

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in business development, sales, AE or marketing, preferably in the Chinese market.
Understand digital marketing, platforms, social media (If able to understand Chinese marketing is preferable)
Good inEnglish and Chinese verbal and writing skills (Chinese is a MUST with HSK level 5 or above).
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals.
Excellent presentation skill in Thai (English and Chinese will be a plus)
Passionate to learn new things especially related to Chinese market, trend that related and marketing.
Able to work independently and proactively, with a strong sense of initiative and problem-solving skills.
Able to work effectively under pressure situation and with limited timeline
Must have POSITIVE mindset toward work
