Change Control and System 80 % Responsibilities: (Description of duties and responsibilities to cover all of the care. Responsible is in accordance with the scope of work specified.) 1. Responsible for communication with customers regarding process and design change. 2. Responsible for controlling and coordinating process and design change implementation plans with internal departments. 3. Control and coordinate process and design change implementation plans with Customer. 4. Collect and prepare PPAP documents for process and design changes. 5. Prepare and support customer audits and co-check activities during process and design change phases. 6. Responsible to review customer requirements and providing training related. 7. Provide support and information for internal audits related to IATF 16949 (System audit, Process audit, Product audit). New model 20% Responsibilities: (Description of duties and responsibilities to cover all of the care. Responsible is in accordance with the scope of work specified.) 1. Responsible for communication with customers regarding new model development. 2. Control and coordinate new model implementation plans with internal departments. 3. Control and coordinate new model implementation plans with Customer. 4. Collect and prepare PPAP documents for new model. 5. Coordinate with customers regarding customer claims during the new model phase. 6. Prepare and support customer audits and co-check activities during the new model phase. 7. Responsible for Customer quality improvement activity. 8. Provide support and information for internal audits related to IATF 16949 (System audit, Process audit, Product audit). 9. Provide support and information for external audits related to IATF 16949 (CB audit). 10. Summarize and report KPI to management on a monthly basis. 11. Support Kaizen, 5S, and other quality-related activities. 12. Provide support for all requests assigned by the Commander / Manager.
