Job Descriptions
1. รับเรื่องจากลูกค้า (ส่วนใหญ่เป็นลูกค้าต่างประเทศ)
2. ประสานงานกับทีมงานภายใน เช่น ฝ่ายผลิต ฝ่ายพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ และจัดซื้อ
3. ติดตามความคืบหน้าของออเดอร์ และสรุปรายละเอียดให้อย่างครบถ้วน
4. ร่างอีเมลภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อตอบกลับลูกค้า หรือสรุปสถานะออเดอร์
5. เตรียมเอกสารสรุปรายการสินค้า ใบสั่งผลิต และบันทึกข้อกำหนดของลูกค้า
6. เข้าร่วมประชุมกับลูกค้าหรือทีมงาน และจดบันทึกประเด็นสำคัญ
7. ทำงานร่วมกับผู้จัดการโรงงานเพื่อจัดลำดับความสำคัญของงาน
Qualifications
- ไม่จำกัดเพศ ไม่จำกัดอายุ
- วุฒิการศึกษา ปวส. – ปริญญาตรี ไม่จำกัดสาขา
- สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (โดยเฉพาะการเขียนและอ่านข้อความจากลูกค้า)
- ใช้งาน Excel และ Google Sheet ได้คล่อง
- มีทักษะในการประสานงาน รู้จักจัดลำดับงาน และแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
- บุคลิกภาพดี สุภาพ และเรียนรู้เร็ว
