Job Descriptions
•ให้คำปรึกษา, แก้ไขปัญหาและให้ความรู้ในการใช้ Software ให้กับ User
•ติดต่อประสานงานกับลูกค้าและฝ่ายต่างๆ
•ทดสอบระบบก่อนส่งมอบ รวมถึงติดตาม Ticket ให้เป็นไปตามข้อตกลง SLA
•มีส่วนร่วมในการออกแบบและพัฒนา Software
•รับผิดชอบในการทำเอกสารทั้งหมดที่เกี่ยวข้อง
•สามารถ Query Data โดยใช้ SQL
Qualifications
- เรียนจบ Computer Science, Computer Engineering หรือสาขาวิชาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ทางด้าน Application Support อย่างน้อย2 ปี (ถ้ามีประสบการณ์ทางด้าน Software HR/HRIS จะเป็นพิเศษ)
- สามารถทนต่อแรงกดดันและพร้อมที่จะเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ๆตลอดเวลา
- มีความเชี่ยวชาญในการใช้ SQL
- มี Service minded และ Analytical skills
- สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษระดับพื้นฐานได้
