Job Descriptions
1.Mainly responsible for dealer training;
2.Collected and sorted out training requirements, and was responsible for the operation, organization and implementation of internal training courses;
3.Assist in the preliminary research of training needs, docking and coordination of course/lecturer resources, training site tracking, follow-up practice and feedback, and put forward optimization suggestions in time.
4.Responsible for the sorting and maintenance of training files;
5. Responsible for communicating dealer training (training needs communication, planning, resource mining, effect evaluation, etc.)
6.Responsible for course management of online learning platform
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- Being able to communicate in English or Chinese is a must.
- Experience in the automotive vehicle field.
