เจ้าหน้าที่รับสาย ประสานงานระหว่างลูกค้าและร้านสาขาให้ไปด้วยความเรียบร้อย ร่วมถึงการให้คำแนะนำ ช่วยเหลือ และแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี ตรวจสอบสถาณะของพัสดุที่ลูกค้าได้ทำการขอเข้ามา **ที่สำคัญ ไม่ต้องทำยอด **
Qualifications
- ไม่จำกัดเพศ อายุ 22 – 30 ปี วุฒิการศึกษา ม.6 ปวช ปวส ปตรี
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- สามารถแก้ไข้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี และสามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี
- สามารถทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้ดี เป็นคนขยัน อดทน
- มีความละเอียดถี่ถ้วนในการทำงาน
- พูดจาฉะฉาน
- มีทักษะการประสานงานทั้งภายในและภายนอกองค์กรเพื่อให้งานบรรลุเป้าหมาย
