Job Descriptions

1. Familiar with the surface treatment process of aluminum alloy and handling any abnormal situations that may arise on-site. 2. Quality Problem Analysis and Corrective Action 3. Production Progress Monitoring 4. Understand the daily management and visual tracking system of workshop equipment. 5. Assist in establishing Surface Treatment regulations, systems, plans, process flow, and direct the workshop to complete work plans and quotas while ensuring production safety. 6. Use the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) and Eight Disciplines (8D) methodology as techniques for improving processes and handling abnormalities. 7.Familiar with surface treatment processes for aluminum, zinc, and iron parts. 8.Understanding the basic principles of chemical engineering.

Qualifications

Male, age 30 years old and above
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
More than 1 year of experience with expertise in aluminum surface treatment
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
Proficient in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Manufacturing Execution System (MES) software
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of occupational safety laws, fire safety laws, and environmental protection laws
