Job DescriptionsThis position is recruited for Fonrich New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. Fonrich is a leading solution provider of module level asset management for solar system, and its products are including solar Rapid Shutdown, Optimizer and etc. We are looking for a service manager to take care the belowing scope of work,
1. Lead service team for after-sales service work, including training, installation and commissioning guide and trouble shooting.
2. Maintain good relationship with customer, and prompt to customer's request
4. Spare parts and service inventory management
5. Build and maintain service documentation
6. Optimize budget for service work
Qualifications - A Bachelor's degree in Electrical engineering (Experience in solar business is a prior)
- Detail-oriented and good organizational skills.
- Team player with analytical and problem-solving skill.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle stress.
- Accept frequently business travel
- Fluent English is a must
