Job Descriptions

•Checking billing documents from concern parties i.e. customs brokerage team/agency, transportation, etc and separate Tax receipt document. •Input billing data of Air, Sea, Truck Shipment, Upcountry Delivery, Manpower and others Special Charges into the report and send to customer and Head Office to process payment. •To responsible for input billing data into the report and punctual submit according to customer requirement. •Any other jobs assigned by Billing Leader and Senior Logistics Analyst. •Assist Billing Leader in the orderly arrangement of Billing Jobs upon request. •Maintain and follow company rules, regulations and Health, Safety and Environmental Standards.

Qualifications

Very good in Correspondent skill.
Excellent in analysis skill.
Experienced in Billing and Accounting.
Able to work under pressure and time limit.
Good communication skill in Thai and English. Excellent in Ms Excel and Outlook.
Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance.
At least 1 years experience in Warehousing and Importing & Exporting.
Import & Export, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management.
