Job Descriptions
1. วางแผนกลยุทธ์การขาย และการสื่อสารในช่องทาง Online ของบริษัทฯ (Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok, etc.) 2. วางแผนโปรโมชั่น และกิจกรรม Campagin ส่งเสริมการขายเพื่อเพิ่มยอดขาย 3. ดูแลภาพลักษณ์ของร้าน Marketplace และสินค้าให้เป็นไปตามกลยุทธ์ของแบรนด์ 4. บริหารจัดการตลาดออนไลน์ และ Coaching ทีมงานเพื่อให้สามารถปฏิบัติงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ 5. Maintain Service และระยะเวลาการตอบแชทลูกค้าให้ได้ตามเป้าหมายที่วางไว้ 6. บริหารจัดการงาน Operation ด้านการจัดส่งเพื่อให้ลูกค้าได้รับสินค้าที่ถูกต้องและรวดเร็วที่สุด 7. สรุปรายงาน และวิเคราะห์ผลงาน รวมทั้ง Insights ของลูกค้าที่ได้ เพื่อนำมาพัฒนาวิธีการทำงานของทีมงานให้ดียิ่งขึ้น
Qualifications
  1. จบการศึกษา ระดับ ปริญญาตรี - ปริญญาโท สาขาวิชา การตลาด หรือสาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. เพศชาย / หญิง อายุ 28 ปี – 45 ปี
  3. มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารทีมขาย Online อย่างน้อย 5 ปี
  4. รักงานบริการ ใส่ใจลูกค้า มี Service Mind
  5. มีใจรักงานการตลาดออนไลน์
  6. มีภาวะผู้นำสูง
  7. รับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่สูง รักษาคำพูด
  8. กระตือรือร้น มีความคิดริเริ่ม ชอบเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ๆ อยู่ตลอดเวลา
